KL Barbell Club (KLBC) is co owned by Wong Hong and Egonutritions. It is a 5,000 sq feet hard core gym that also caters for fitness for men and ladies. Most of our equipment are from renowned brands such as Hammer Strenght and Life Fitness. We have dumbells up to 50kg, a monster double squat rack from Hammer Strength ( the only one in Malaysia), 2 Smith machines, conventional T bar row, 2 seated rows beside other 'toys' that one requires to whip himself into shape! We also have a good variety of cardio equipment and a stretch area with strect machines for members to warm up and cool down after workout.
My staffs are all competitive bodybuilders, friendly and qualified to guide you thru your workouts and giving advise on nutrition. We also offer Personal training packages and have a mini Egonutritions store where you can get your important supplements.
