Finally it's almost here after a gruelling 12 weeks of prep. Bodyweight around 102 kg( 224.5 lbs). It's taken on the second day of carb depletion phase. I am happy with the way I look (size and condition) at this point of time. Ali will have me drop some water weight the last 1-2 days before the show and I am ready to roll! Santa Sussana here I come!!!! | ||
